For Non Quarantine (Leisure Stay)

• Room rates quoted are in Philippine Peso and on a per night basis. Rate is inclusive of 12% government tax and 1.5% city tax.
• Rate is applicable to the number of person stated in the booking order. A fee of PHP 1, 000.00 without breakfast or PHP 1, 500.00 with breakfast will apply for each additional adult staying in the room. The room can accommodate either two (2) adults and two (2) children (below 12 years old) or four (4) adults.
• Check in time is at 2:00 PM. Check out time is at 12:00 Noon. Any request for early check in or late check-out is subject to availability and a corresponding fee will apply.
• A guest below 18 years old will only be allowed to check in with adult supervision. A passport or any government identification card is required to be presented upon check in.
• One (1) night deposit must be settled through a valid credit card, gcash, bank/online deposit to guarantee booking. 
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel or amend a booking should the terms and conditions are not met.

Standard Payment, Cancellation, Modification and No Show Policy:

• Full payment of room charges is required upon check in. 
• Modification of the reservation must be made three (3) days prior to arrival date. 
• Guaranteed bookings are strictly non-cancellable/ non-refundable.
• In the event of No Show, total amount of stay will be charged.

For Quarantine Guests

• Guests sharing 1 room must be from the same household.
• Check in time is at 2:00 PM. Check out time is at 12:00 Noon. Any request for early check in or late check-out is subject to availability and a corresponding fee will apply.
• A guest below 18 years old will only be allowed to check in with adult supervision. A passport or any government identification card is required to be presented upon check in.
• One (1) night deposit must be settled through a valid credit card, gcash, bank/online deposit to guarantee booking. 
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel or amend a booking should the terms and conditions are not met.
